Courier service & time allocation – R105

Tulips & Tea makes use of several different couriers whom deliver to your door, nationwide, at a flat rate of R105, within 3-10 working days, depending on your parcel content. As all products are proudly handmade please allow the lead time indicated in each product description. Your order status will turn to ‘Processing’ when your payment was received successfully. When your order status turns to ‘Completed’, we’ve handed your parcel to the couriers for delivery. You can expect an email with tracking details after your order status has been marked ‘Completed’. The lead time is merely a precaution, as Tulips & Tea will always try their utmost to make sure your parcel reaches you soonest!

Your parcel will be dispatched as promptly as possible. When your order status turns to ‘Completed’, we’ve handed your parcel to the couriers for delivery. You can expect an email with tracking details after your order status has been marked ‘Completed’.

International orders

Unfortunately, Tulips & Tea only serves the South African market. If you have an export number and registered company name for Namibia you can email tulipsandtea.orders@gmail.com to place your order.

Returns

We hope that you will love your Tulips & Tea Baby Wrap as much as we do, but if you are not satisfied, we do allow returns and exchanges for 7 days after you’ve received your parcel. Please email us at tulipsandtea.orders@gmail.com for further information.

The provision of our products is subject to availability.  In cases of unavailability within the turnaround time of 7 days, we will refund you in full within 7 days. Once an order is paid, it cannot be cancelled. An order is only seen as an order once paid for in full.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include proof of purchase. Any product not in its original condition, that is damaged for reasons not due to Tulips & Tea’s error are not refundable. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery is not refundable. Should you wish to return your product, post your product, your proof of payment and proof of your postage cost to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, return or exchange within 7 days from the date we received your parcel. If your return, refund or exchange is approved, then we will discuss postage fees with you, otherwise it is for your own account. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If your refund, return or exchange is rejected for whichever reason we will not reimburse your postal fee paid to us. Should your refund be accepted we will reimburse your postal fee paid to us, otherwise it will be for your own account as previously mentioned. Should you be unhappy with the product purchased, you may return it in the exact condition as received, to be eligible for a refund, but you will forfeit any courier costs.

Courier costs will only be reimbursed should there be a clear production problem with your item.

Personalized products are not returnable and not refundable.

Gift cards are non-returnable.
